It so happened that the workshop which did the paint job on the engine bay did their work terribly. They simply sprayed a coat of paint onto the bay without ANY prep wrok whatsoever. As you can see in the 1st pic above, they even sprayed the paint on the rust dust from the bodywork. No time to argue. Just get the Workshop which suppose to do the engine swa re-do it.
